"Justice is what love looks like in public."

Dr. Cornel West

Dani Diercks Farrell has always had a passion for juvenile justice reform and youth in need. Whether working with foster youth in transition, the city gang unit, or teenage parenting groups, Mrs. Diercks Farrell is honored to serve our community's youth to the best of her ability.

Beyond the law, Mrs. Diercks Farrell has a Master's Degree in Social Work and actively practices strength-based treatment with all clients. While many current community systems focus on rehabilitative work, Mrs. Diercks Farrell firmly believes that preventative knowledge is the only way to truly serve our youth. Mrs. Diercks Farrell is available for various speaking engagements regarding youth and their rights as well as female empowerment groups.

Mrs. Diercks Farrell's passion for youth has extended internationally and as a result, co-founded Optimus Youth, that provides well-positioned community projects, aimed at providing under-privileged youth with essential life skills, with the necessary resources to ensure the success of future generations. Mrs. Diercks Farrell also sits on Boards for education reform, various youth-oriented foundations, and mental health awareness task forces.
